The language organizations use shapes trust, affects real people, and can carry long-term cultural impact, which has shaped my belief that how something is said matters but how it is said, even more.
Ultimately that perspective is what draws me to work centered on helping organizations make informed decisions about how they show up in the world and supporting them in acting on those decisions.
